Kidz Amaze (Safra Toa Payoh)

It's quite a big fun place with ball pits, slides and climbs. There is a baby room for kids under 2 to play in which I think is good and thoughtful. However, when it got busy, bigger children also came into the room. For the safety of the younger children, would suggest the management have staff keep a lookout to ensure only kids under 2 is let in. With the hand chopped, you have the whole day to play (can exit and re-enter). Lockers ($2.50) and socks are available at a fee. Function rooms there are also popular for holding parties.

An indoor play ground inside the Toh Payoh Safra..specific location or playroom assigned for kids below 2 years and a play room for older kids..as big as an auditorium. Might be good for few hours of fun. Locker facilities available.. it was crowded on saturday morning. Do wear shoes and socks or it can be bought at the counter aswell.

Must commend the queue system. Staff took the initiative to come out and stamp the kids and a supervising adult first so the kids can play and one adult in queue to pay. Some level of trust required I suppose. But better than all the kids jam outside during peak hours. Location : 5 ⭐️ Safra and spacious. Having spacious enclosed playground without cars and traffic is a blessing! Away from rain and strong sun heat. Staff : 5 ⭐️ always ready to help and fully trained to endure rowdy and screaming children. As a parent, we will know how much this means. It is definitely not easy for the staff and I see some of them are quite young and might be single without children too. I am sure you are patient and understanding. Staff will surely help on selling you that extra pair of socks, membership & payment. Oh there is the locker too. Very useful. The morning 🐓 crowd : Super good and usually are the good and gentle 2yrs to 4yrs old, and quite well behaved children up to 7yrs old I observed for morning sessions from 10am to 1pm. The afternoon 🐻 crowd : To parents who complained about rough children, please try to understand that the staff cannot do anything regarding pushing and elbowing. I had my fair amount of such issues too. I do know how annoying it can be to watch our own minis to get hit/pushed/ elbowed (even ourselves) but we can’t rely on the staff regarding this. Imagine, if our own children are the rowdy ones, will you get defensive if a staff, complete stranger comes to lecture him? It is a very difficult position for someone earning a living in a playground to do that. It is a matter of the rights of authority. I handled it on my own. I confronted the child and asked why did he have to push my child on the top of the blue slide 🛝. Any lost balance and the consequence is a broken neck and death. The child not only did not care and gave rude gestures. I confronted the parent instead. If the parent was also as defensive and ill mannered, I would be prepared to call the police and the staff for assistance for such cases as this can result in serious injuries and death. So fellow parents, if you witness elbowing and harmful acts like this, please DO NOT stay quiet and wait for “staff to rescue you”. They are not in the position to scold/ lecture/ yell at children/who are also their customers. The maximum assistance they can give you is a first aid box or blacklist the bad behaviour child from the premises. Btw, this is the best value playground in Singapore i think.

Located in safra toa payoh. Big indoor playground with great layout for children to have fun. Strictly no food and drink inside playground. Ball should stay in ballpit area. There are 2 function rooms which big enough for birthday celebration. Kudos to all staff who maintain the playground and cleanliness. Recommended who those who stay in the area!

Super packed right now at 3.40pm as it is children’s day. Queue to on hold more people from coming in as at full capacity. Kids Amaze staff are managing very well despite the chaos. Great job 👏 There are also 2 rooms for holding birthday parties and a toddler’s playroom area. Kids Amaze is especially super crowded as it is also rainy season so can’t play outdoors. Eateries options are also easily available so can just have lunch and come over to play.
